With a theme of joining the dots, the sparkling wine workshop focused on sparkling wine viticulture, base wine processing, Methode Traditionelle and production technology.

Keynote speaker for the event was Ed Carr, Australia’s most decorated sparkling winemaker with 34 years’ experience in the Australian wine industry.

The workshop included tastings of samples of base wines, and finished Sparkling wines from Australia and New Zealand.
